ILPs

Upon entry, all individuals undertake extensive assessment to determine where their strengths and weaknesses lie, as well as which learning styles suit and engage them best. It is in the development and application of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), that Riverside Grammar stands out from other education providers.

The ILPs are all about creating a framework to problem solve student’s educational difficulties effectively, giving them the best chance to positively progress along their chosen path. By identifying their strengths and weaknesses, we, along with the individual and their parents are able to work together to set goals and then establish the strategies that will best empower that individual to reach their goals; working together to monitor and problem solve along the way.
